Ahmed Abdullah Al-Bar

Ahmed Abdullah Al-Bar is a contemporary Saudi artist and dedicated art instructor, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Art Education. His creative journey bridges teaching and practice, making him both a mentor and a pioneer in the Saudi art scene.
With a career marked by extensive participation in exhibitions, Ahmed has showcased his work across Saudi Arabia—in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, and Abha—as well as internationally in France, India, Egypt, and beyond. His artistic vision has also been celebrated in five solo exhibitions held in Jeddah and Riyadh, affirming his place as a distinctive voice in contemporary art.
Ahmed’s contributions have earned him notable recognition, including the Excellence Award (2017), the Egypt Oscar Award (2016), and the Ambassador Art Award in Riyadh (2013). These honors reflect both his creative innovation and his impact on the cultural landscape.
As an active member of the Saudi Society for Culture & Arts, the Jeddah Society for Fine Arts, and the Madinah Artists Group, Ahmed continues to enrich the artistic community, fostering dialogue and collaboration among fellow creatives.
